Angel Ridez was designed to simplify the way people book drivers, manage rides, and access car services. Users previously struggled with disjointed apps, confusing booking flows, and limited trust in driver services.

Our goal was to create a unified, intuitive ecosystem that makes it effortless to hire drivers, track rides, and even buy or sell cars — all within a clean, scalable, and trustworthy mobile experience.

Limited visibility of driver categories and service offerings

Poor discoverability of extended features like car sales and rentals

Cluttered mobile UI lacking hierarchy and scalability

Lack of transparency and trust in driver and payment details

Designed flows for both riders (hiring drivers, tracking rides) and service providers (driver profiles, car listings).

Wireframing

Created low-fidelity wireframes to structure flows like driver selection, booking, and car selling.

UI/UX Design

Developed a consistent design language with clear categories, structured navigation, and mobile-first layouts.

Prototyping

Tested interactive prototypes with real-world ride booking scenarios to reduce friction and errors.

Handoff

Delivered a modular design system with detailed documentation for smooth developer collaboration.

Design Solution

Users were experiencing significant friction in the checkout process, with a 60% abandonment rate. The existing interface was cluttered, confusing, and didn't align with modern UX patterns.
