Job seekers often struggle with unclear application flows, scattered tools, and low visibility of opportunities. WorkWise was built to provide a unified, all-in-one job search platform that goes beyond listings by empowering users with resume tools, interview prep, and a supportive community.
Our objective was to design a seamless, engaging job search experience that boosts user trust, improves discoverability, and creates a smarter pathway from application to hiring.

Lack of smart filters and personalized job recommendations
Poor resume visibility and weak profile-building tools
No integrated support for interview preparation
Limited trust in application progress and employer credibility

Conducted interviews with recent graduates and professionals to identify frustrations in job portals and hiring apps.
Strategy & Planning
Mapped the end-to-end user journey: onboarding → resume/profile setup → job discovery → applications → interview prep → hiring.
Wireframing
Created low-fidelity wireframes for login flows, filters, recommendations, and dashboards to refine navigation.
UI/UX Design
Developed a modern, minimal, and mobile-first interface using clear typography, simple layouts, and structured flows.
Prototyping
Tested interactive prototypes with users to validate search filters, application tracking, and resume upload processes.
Handoff
Delivered a scalable design system with reusable components, style guidelines, and developer-ready assets.
