Users were experiencing significant friction in the checkout process, with a 60% abandonment rate. The existing interface was cluttered, confusing, and didn't align with modern UX patterns.
Our goal was to create a seamless, intuitive experience that would reduce cognitive load and increase conversion rates while maintaining brand consistency.
